ANZAC DAY service & PICNIC

This special ANZAC Day Community event honors our fallen, and brings the community together in the ANZAC spirit.

​Event Details:
11-11:30am: ANZAC Day Service, Bear Creek/Harris County War Memorial
3535 War Memorial St, Houston, TX 77084. Please arrive by 10:45am.

12-3pm:  Community Picnic & Activities at Bear Creek Park Pavilion #6
Bear Creek Drive, Houston TX 77084 - a short 5 minute drive from the War Memorial (see map below)

Following the service there will be an Aussie picnic with sausage sizzle, drinks, kids activities (inflatables, face painting, balloon artist, and crafts).  We will also gather players for our annual cricket game - so come prepared to play!

PICNIC TICKET INFORMATION
A limited number of walk ups will be available tomorrow pending food quantities - Adults $15, Kids $5, Kids Under 4 - Free

Drink/food tickets and wrist bands will be distributed at the check in table.
Picnic tickets include a sausage, 2 drink tickets (Aussie beer, wine, soft drinks), and kids activities. Please bring your own snacks and water.

What to bring:

• Folding chairs/picnic blanket for service & picnic
• Snacks & water for picnic
• Floral Tribute - optional - these will be laid during the service.  All tributes will need to be taken with you at the end of the service per park rules.
• Bringing your own picnic lunch? No ticket needed, just come to Pavilion #6.

The ANZAC Day Service is free for everyone to attend - we welcome all ages.
