Australian beef took center stage at The Truffle Masters, held at The Astorian - a spectacular culinary competition showcasing some of Houston’s top chefs and restaurants. Chef Mate Zorrilla competed in collaboration with the Australian Consulate-General, Houston to highlight Australian Wagyu from Westholme. Her Tex-Mex–inspired beef cheek taco was a hit with the foodie crowd and left us even more excited about the incredible selection of Australian food and beverages we’ll experience at our upcoming Australian Gala on May 15.
